Modern self-catering accommodation in the picturesque village of Bridge End in Burra-Isle, Shetland.   Burra is connected to the mainland by bridge and another island, Trondra.  We are situated practically on the water's edge at Bridge End, opposite a tranquil marina. With beaches nearby, and coastal areas which are ideal for walking and birdwatching, this truly is a paradise for holiday-makers. Although we are in a rural location with wildlife all around, a 15-20 minute drive will take you to Lerwick, Shetland's main town.  Two golf courses, two Leisure Centres and Shetland's new Museum are all within a 14 mile radius.
 
 
 
There is a local shop and post office in the nearby village of Hamnavoe
 
Burra is also home to Shetland's original "Burra Bear", the ideal holiday gift, located a mile and a half over the hill from us.
 
A regular bus service provides a connection to the towns of Lerwick and Scalloway.
